Marché used to be a regular hangout, but it seemed like years since I’ve visited it. Their most popular dish, from the long queue, is definitely the rösti (S$7.90+). There are salmon, mushroom ragout and several types of sausages you can have with your rösti, so I chose the Snail Pork Sausage ($7.90+).The wait for the rösti wasn’t too long, as the cooks behind the counter had a line of ten pans each cooking a portion of rösti simultaneously. The size was a little small though, but then to be fair everything’s a little overpriced at Marché. Yet the rösti and sour cream went well together, along with the side of sausage.
