Could it be? Obviously at S$1.9 per tart (versus BAKE’s S$3+) we couldn’t seriously complain. Despite that, these KFC cheese tarts were decent. Unlike BAKE’s, however, these were akin to mini cheesecakes, given the absence of a runny, molten cheese filling.
